Welcome from the Choudoir family: Mike, Angie, Josie, Maggie and Warren. Both Mike & Angie grew up involved in the dairy industry and knew when they got married that they wanted to raise animals. In 2013, they bought their first pair of Scottish Highland heifers. For the next few years, they learned a lot about working with Highlands and fell in love with them. In 2020, they purchased a small fold and Highland Prairie Farms was born.
